So our baby girl decided to arrive three weeks early. The hospital is having superstitions with the weather and old wives tales bringing in pregnant mom's. They had an entire floor filled yesterday and the day before for babies being born. Had over 28 rooms filed.

So I am going to give the Keto diet a try for my oldest whom is diagnosed with autism. I heard so many storied about eliminating certain foods from the diet to improve attention. I was curious if any other mom's have tried the diet and what you have thought? We're still going to test it out.
