So my grandma, who takes care of my daughter while I am at work, says that my daughter is afraid of her dad (my boyfriend). I know for a fact that she is not afraid of him because the second we get home, she wants daddy. Has anyone else experienced this? A family member that against your SO that they make stuff up?

My mom did that a couple times and tried to hint that my son doesn't like his dad. The night our son was born she said "as soon as he picked him up he started balling" like give them a break he's been out of me for an hour and people are grabbing him and touching him. Let them get used to each other before you say shit. And she did it again a few months ago. She stopped after that since seeing how excited noah gets to see daddy. But it irritates the fuck out of her that noah loves him so much

My mom tried doing that with my husband, even went as far as saying my husband tried hitting on her. She came out and told me she lied once I notice things she was saying started not adding up. Idk why they do it specially close family members that will see you hurt from their actions.
My grandma has claimed stuff about my boyfriend that isn't true and we haven't even had our baby yet.

is it wrong to be frustrated that my daughter acts like she can't do certain things with out my help. she plays dumb a lot and I wish I could be like no girl show what you know. she acts like she can't trace or match shapes so shes ask for "mommy finger" to help her so I barely hold her hand and she magically can do it but if I dont hold her hand she just scribbles and acts like she doesnt know the pic is how she traces when I'm "helping her" otherwise it'll just be scribbles all over the page

I can't take it anymore! Haley (yes my 1mth old and no I wasn't able to go through this "joy" of nursing my older daughter, Molly) has been screaming non stop for 6hrs! All she wants to do is eat and I can't have her attached to me all day, everyday! She has wanted to eat every hr on the hr for the past 3hrs! I put her in her room so I don't scream at her but I just can't take it!
