Does anyone want to do the 5 day 500 crunches a day workout challenge with me starting Monday August 7th? I've done it before and seen great results but I got comfortable with the results and lost control of my weight again.
@firsttimemom1 yeah girl we can do it. Last time i did it i got up at like 6am before my son work and did it every morning and i also did the apple cidear vinegar drink with it but honestly i think i might do the intermittent fasting this time
ohhhh. 😊 okay👍🏾 got cha, yeah i'd like to do that w/ you😉 ima time myself & see if i get faster or quicker. im outta shape but i played basketball in high school... i just needa get that back.
@firsttimemom1 Honestly its not much to explain lol some people do the month challenge.. if i like what i see after the week is up ill more than likely continue on and try to do it for a whole month and let sat & sun be my rest days
