Losing weight is the most challenging for me. No matter what I do it doesn't work. Do my daily routine like: walking,running,eat on time and no eating after 6, work out for cardio at home to and I still weight the same.
So for opinion is the gym better then home work out? If I go to the gym should I get a trainer too?
@khouyang93, Eating habits are a big factor of shifting weight. I found when I cut back in eating certain things I can lose weight easy. @zachattackmomma, yea. Probably a change on the food diet. Haven't been eating any junk food or oily, grease food.
You can't workout a bad diet...go plant based for one month (you can do anything for one month if you REALLY want to see results) do that along with 30 minutes of working out a day.... I would guarantee you see results!!! 😘😘 just 30 days of something new and you'll find a new you 👍👍
