You could be having contractions, and yes if they checked you it's normal to have some stopped but never to much if that makes sense.

@korahleah_11, well they said I might start spotting after they check my cervix but that was 10 hours ago and I'm having period like cramps.

I had something like that back in June. It was a big blob like the size of a quarter
