Warm towel and massage the lump. Happened to me as well mid pregnancy. My milk duct was clogged. It hurt so bad I couldn't even sleep on it.

@melox_90 try putting a warm compress on the lump n take a Tylenol it's safe for baby hopefully that will help some

@t142 ooh but I'm pregnant when I was pregnant with my son I breast pumped for 1 month then stopped so idk if it could be clogged up milk

It sounds like maybe one of your milk ducts is clogged but I would get it checked out anyways

I had one. And asked my GYN he sad it happened because I was breastfeeding at the time. But that was my experience.
