So I've been at this doctors appointment for 3 hours and I still haven't been seen for my ultrasound and I still need to do my NST which I don't know how long it will take and I'm hungry so this sucks because if I would of known I was doing all of this I would of made some food to bring

@mommysbabies okay will do because this is my first time doing all of this and staying at the hospital this long

Ask for a snack during nst because I got it and juice once because baby was sleepy it will help make baby active so you don't have to stay there longer

I think during your nst they give you juice and snacks

Are you in hospital or actual drs office because if you are at hospital they can probably give you some crackers or jello or something

Yeah I get that and if she isn't active they will make you do this like 30 minute ultrasound and end up there for longer at least they did with me I start mine up Monday I go twice a week
