I know a lot of you scoff at a parent who has a child with ADHD. "What is so hard about a kid with energy?! Just put them outside and let them burn it out!"

The fact is there is more to a child with ADHD than just being hyper! There's the inability to listen, being impulsive (acting without thinking of care for self or others). I wrote this blog post to give you an idea about some of the ups and downs I deal with on a day to day basis with Sammy.
