Which exercises are good for pregnancy? I'm already overweight and not really trying to gain nuh but I would like to be as healthy as possible..help ladiesssssss 😣

Walking is the best i dont have much time in the day after work and dinner and cleaning so a nice walk at night with a girlfriend a few times a week is something i try to make a habit. Its nice we like power walk and its comfortable cuz we dont run out of breath we talk. U dont want to go at a speed where u arent able to catch ur breath.
@success876 u don't have to put a lot u can put very little so then u don't taste it
1 clove of garlic (small)
1 tomato
1 Hand full of broccoli
1 green onion
1 handful of sliced carrots
1 handful of blueberries
1 tsp balsamic vinegar (organic)
1 tsp Lemon juice
1 tsp coconut oil
1 handful of water crest
1 handful of baby Spinage
1 small sliver of ginger
1 slice of a beat
Drink this and it will help u lose weight.. after u r done mixing it tho fill the rest of the cup with ice water.. make sure u get at least 1 ice cube in there... it makes it a lot easier to drink it... then once u r done making it.. drink it and don't stop drinking it just got to drink till it's gone.. u might get hot flashes for a min or so Cuz of the rush of vitamins that's going though u. But omg does this drink do amazing things if u do the 7 day Challenge with this drink u will feel great after day 4 but day 7 omg u will have so much energy!
