Any tips for transitioning from cosleeping to pack and play? My little one is sick so he's been sleeping on me because it's the only way he will get more than 15 mins of sleep but he's a good back sleeper when he's feeling well. Prefer not to let him cry it out.

I need to vent. My son is 4 weeks old and crying constantly, except when eating. He has reflux and is on probiotics to help. My fiance told me that my only job would be to feed him and rest since he works from home but so far all week I've dealt with every crying episode and I'm about to lose my mind. I always make sure he's changed, fed, and I even am able to rock him to sleep but he will wake up 30 mins later. It's not good for him either to not sleep so I'm just mentally drained.
