So ppl at the wic office say I have to start teaching Anthony how to drink from a regular cup before he's 1 and he should be off the bottle by time he make 1 how to i go about weaning him off the bottle I already threw most of his bottles away
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
So my little boy is almost 11 months and i know how quickly time flys.. so.. Should he be off bottles complelty by one!? Should he have milk in a cup instead? Is it cows milk at 1? How much milk does he need at 1?
First real case of Discrimination today. 😯 General Contractor kept asking where my SO when I was pulling off the job. Even said ‘How come he doesn’t come here and talk to me like a man’. Wow. I ended up calling the police because felt threatened in how defensive he was talking. Sheesh. I talked to a friend in the industry and told him everything that happen and he cut me off yelling ‘THATS DISCRIMINATION!’ Do I let it go? Or take him to court?
Already mommies how many bottles is a good amount? I don't wash dishes. I am a dishwasher user && I don't want to use the dishwasher daily. So how many bottles should I start off with?
I dont understand why some people let their toddlers still drink from baby bottles? Proper baby bottles? Just rounds off and knackers their teeth so younger years teeth ruined for sake of not making sure they use a more age suited cup / beaker ect. Or is it just me

I'm transitioning my son to sippy cups now . he only uses drinks from sippy cups during the day and I give him the bottle at nap times and bedtime . I'm gonna start giving him only sippy cups at nap time also since he'll be 9 months next week . then hopefully by the time he's 11 months we can be almost done with bottles

@momofdeuce, see they said they didn't mean sippy cups they want him to know how to drink out of a cup like we drink out of

Oh OK well the same it just takes time teaching him not lifting it all the way up to his head and spilling everything . my son is only 8 months and knows how to drink out of a regular cup he just doesn't know how to hold it by himself.
Have you tried allowing him to drink from a regular cup at all ? Like just water or something ?

Right . so then you already got it half way . its just going to take a lot of repeating and consistency with helping him during the day and try to cut the bottles to only night time (only if he won't got to sleep with out one )
