How do you get your LO to sleep on their own? Mine will only fall asleep while nursing and the sec I put him down he'll just wake up and cry unless I put him in his swing or right next to me. I don't mind cosleeping right now but once my SO & I move out at the end of this month we'll be sleeping together and I'm not gona want to have him in the bed with us everynight.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
My son is one year old and i want him to go back and get use to sleeping in the crib I put him in the crib and all he does is cry and I spoke to his doctor and his doctor said let him cry like in 2 or 3 days he should get use to sleeping on his own has anyone try it ?
Did or does anyone have a newborn (under a month old) who doesn't sleep at night? The second I put him in his crib he freaks out 😢
Anybody baby won't sleep in their bassinet? Is their a way we can make it More comfortable? I was thinking taking a fuzzy blanket and tucking it under the lil mat that's in there because every time I set him down he wakes up right away.. But if I put him in bouncer he will stay asleep or in our bed he stays asleep but I really wanna stop the bed and start bassinet. Any recommendations?
Got home around 11... washed lil man up and made him a bottle... asked my husband to get off his phone and help me put him to sleep... as soon as I did, my husband sat on the couch and fell right to sleep with Zach in his arms... I walked over to him and picked Zach up and he has to nerve to jump awake talking about I scared him because he thought he dropped Zach... this is why I’ve stopped asking him to hold him... he is irresponsible... I ended up setting up Zach’s stand up floor lamp, rearranging his room, making him a late night/early morning bottle, rocking him to sleep in his car seat and then moving him to his room all while my husband was knocked out in the living room.... I swear I feel like a single mother

I've heard when nursing,leaving a used shirt like a pj shirt of yours on his bed ..so he has your scent near..sometimes it works doesn't hurt to try 🙂..I cuffed it in on my kids bassinet ..didn't really help me hope it helps u if u try

Do you swaddle your baby? That might help him stay asleep when you set him down Suu he doesn't startle himself. He's pretty young still so I'm sure he has no idea how to self soothe. Maybe a paci to suck on would help as well

@mdomke22 no he gets too hot when I swaddle him. Last time I did it was colder then it is now and he was like wet when I picked him up and got a heat rash. And with a pacifier he won't put it all the way in his mouth for some reason. He'll just suck on the end of it.
