So they are keeping me overnight. My contractions were about 3-4 minutes apart. They said I have a lot of protein in my urine and it showed I'm dehydrated so they gave me iv fluids and a shot to stop my contractions. They are going to put the monitor back on the babies around 2am and then do a non stress test In the morning

@twinmomma2b oh man that's no good! I know your situation is difficult when it comes to finding someone to help you with your husband and 2 hours away would be difficult for someone that had no issues with help.

Yeah they said they'd be fine if they came now but they'd have to be transferred to another hospital which is about 2hrs away from my house and stay there for about 4 to 5 weeks @2-mommies

If it helps, I had my youngest at 32 weeks and she was just fine. Small, but healthy. I know yours are a different situation bc there are two precious babies instead of just one. But as far as lungs being fully developed, my daughter was just fine.

@twinmomma2b I'm glad it's working for you. Idk much about being pregnant with twins but I do know they tend to come early. Good luck and I hope they get to bake a little longer

Yeah there is a shot they gave me twice now to stop the contractions and it worked pretty well. I guess as long as you aren't in like active labor it will work @2-mommies

@twinmomma2b it's good they are trying to stop it. I asked my midwife at my last appointment if they would be able to stop it if I started too early and they told me no. So it's good to know I can make them give me a shot if it's too early to at least try

Contractions are 9 minutes apart and painful... On way to hospital my dr already called said to go straight to registration, so they can check me in then they will take me to maternity... Getting anxious..

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.
So they’re keeping me overnight... low fluids, painful contractions and they wanna try and give me Tylenol instead of doing the section 😩🙄 if contraction are 2-5 mins apart why would you wanna give me Tylenol?! My head hurts because of this 😓😓😓
