So this morning I woke up with pain on my underarms, I didn't think much of it but now that I'm about to shower I touch it and it's a bit swollen .... what could this be ?

Short Luteal Phase? I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Things I never thought I'd say... Until I became a mom:
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?

Yes. Right before I went into labor with my son mine got really swollen to the point I cried

Your lymph nodes maybe swelling due to many reasons. And the hair folicle in my arm pit got infected and absessed. The dr explained it that an absess was a bubble of pus trapped under the skin. Oral meds didn't work so they had numb it and cut it open. The numbing meds burned for a minute, then no feeling. I watched them cut my arm pit open and clean it out.
