I don't kno if these are contractions or cramps! What I do kno is the pain feel like being stabbed to death 😩

my contractions felt like cramps. Like @sweetpea6 said try walking and taking a shower. You can also try drinking water and laying down. If they don't let up I would definitely go to the hospital.

Try walking and shower if doesnt let up goin to hospital wont hurt

Well i took a hour long hot bath and it worked I still feel pain but it's not bad as it was!
