Now I know what new mothers mean by never sleeping.
Even when I have a chance too I'm so scared she'll spit up and choke or she'll roll over etc.
So I have to have someone up watching her at all times I know it sounds crazy but she's been spitting up a lot and when she does I just lose it because she chokes and I can't handle it it breaks my heart 😞
@chloeadelle, try keeping her head elevated. And keep her upright 15-20 minutes after eating. My LO did the same thing. That helped a lot with spitting up but since I was so scared she now sleeps with me!
@chloeadelle, I seriously refused to sleep unless she was on my chest when she was first born. It does get easier though. I co-sleep/share my bed with her and she's a little bed hog now but we sleep ALOT better since she's not so little and seems a little less fragile lol
