How do you get your baby to drink water? Whenever I give it to him in a bottle he just plays with it. And he hasn't figured out how to hold his own bottle yet since I breastfeed him. So how do I get him started on a Sippy cup? I want to use one of those 360 cups.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
How do I get my son more interested in a sippy cup or any cup in general while he's eating? His doctor told me today he should start being weened from his bottle but he won't take any sippy cups. I have bought several different kinds and myself and my mom and dad encourage it while eating and he refuses. So I give him a small bottle of juice after he eaTs.
What’s a good sippy cup to use for bed time and nap time? Noah only gets a bottle at those times or if we are running errands and he’s getting tired I give it to him other than that he uses sippy cups and he’s not picky with them
I know this sounds sooo fkedup but sometimes i wanna get into a bad accident so my husband sees exactly all the things i do ... and how wrong he is by saying i don’t do enough ( not in those words but the jist of it ) anyway .... i think this all the time . Maybe then he will think differently .
Totally irrational so please no judgement... baby daddy is over for visitation and he took Karoline's picture and it infuriated me. I don't want him having pictures of my daughter. He just posts them on social media and claims how we keep him from Karoline and what a great dad he is even though he doesn't do shit. How do I get over this mamas? I'm really struggling with it lately. I just don't want him to have any part, seeing him with my daughter disgusts me .

i'm having the exact same problem with my son with the constipation and i have to give him prune baby food for him to poop too, i also give water but my mom told me if he doesn't drink it , to add a little sugar in it and shake it up cuz it will change the bland flavor and make it sweet and it worked and my son drinks it lol i put like a few pinches in a 2/3 oz of water

I'm trying all different kinds of food on him. Sweet potatoes, carrots, green beans, pears. Right now I'm Giving him water in the same bottles I use for milk

What solids are you giving him? Maybe try switching him to something different. Also apple juice is a great laxative ...
Have you tried switching the type of nipple he uses ....I first used a certain type of sippy cup my son didnt like it and couldnt get anything through the spout . I EVEN TRIED AND IT WAS DIFFICULT FOR ME 😮😮i switched him to a Tommie brand cup and it comes with two types of nipples one that looks like a bottle which helped him become familar with it & another one that I'm gonna transition him to this week which is still soft but is the shape of the traditional sippy spout

@momofdeuce I'm trying to get him to drink at least an oz or two every time I feed him solids because he gets constipated every couple days the only thing that has helped that so far is giving him prunes every few days but then the prunes clean him out then he gets constipated again right after

I just give it to him & as I'm holding it I tell him to hold it as I put his hand in the holding position. He's now holding his bottle like a pro.. He's still working on his sippy cup though.. But I read one poster tell a mom don't force it just encourage it. If he doesn't want it just let him be but continue to give it to him daily kids mind change by the day .
Also my son began drinking water from my bottle & now when I put it in his cup he's already familiar with it ...I tried putting it in his bottle but he just played with it I guess because he's used to drinking milk from the bottle
