@kambam, right?! I still tell him the days he can come over and such. "State mandated standard visitation" is once a week and every other weekend which is equivalent to the amount I allow him to see her and he chooses to not stay long. So that's on his stupid ass. And omg!!!! He does that too and I tell him to put the phone away and follow my rules or you can't come over. He'll text his gfs and send them pictures of my daughter and it drives me up the wall! He was there in the beginning but once they split up and he kicked her and her son out he has only visited a handful of times he is a junky and a loser sorry I really don't like him I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt till I watched him cover my nephews face over with a blanket when he was three months old but I was still cordial it wasn't till I knew she was done with him that I truly expressed my feelings towards him

@mommysbabies, I technically have "100% custody." Because we weren't married he has no rights unless he files and he's as dumb as a box of rocks so he won't file unless we enable it. I honestly think if I moved to another state he wouldn't come after us. I'm just stuck and this is so hard 🙃 was he there at all or did he just not come around at all?

@mommysbabies, right now he doesn't have a job . So he refuses to pay anything. I don't want to file for child support because it'll egg him on for a custody battle. Let's be honest, if I can't emotionally take him having pictures of my daughter there's no way that I can handle him having more than visitation. It literally makes me sick to my stomach thinking I couldn't be with her and wouldn't have her next to me every night

No worries yeah does he get paid under the table because if he doesn't you can have the courts take the money out of his paycheck every week

@mommysbabies, that's what I keep telling myself. And that's exactly how he is! He won't pay anything or help with anything and says she's not his responsibility. He lifted his truck, got new rims, tiny, etc but wouldn't pay his child support because he can't survive with paying it. It'll put him out on the streets if he pays it. He's always the victim. He acts like my daughter is a show pony. He doesn't ask to talk to her on FaceTime or ask for pictures or ask how she's doing, he only comes over for his visitation and leaves early every time . Ugh! I'm so frustrated !
