Trying to spring clean with my newly turned 5m old (he's 5m today :)). I keep having to stop for a snuggle because he's playing the "mama" card. He's been talking for a few months now and can say mama, mommy, dada, daddy, hi, oh yeah, etc. But now he calls me or my husband when he wants us. My husband always acts like he never hears him say mama or mommy but couldn't dispute it last night because I went down stairs to get a drink and Max hollered "mama" at the top of his lungs. He's a mama's boy ;)

At 2 months, he would say oh yeah and hi which was really weird that early. I got him on video saying oh yeah twice in a row and enunciating it so I knew it wasn't a fluke he legit meant to say it. My older son talked super early too, I wrote in his baby book he was 2m saying oh, ma, yeah, etc. Looking at it years later I was wondering how because I ran a daycare for 10 years and kept lots of babies none of which talked that early. My oldest said sentences by 5 months too which amazed the doctor. This ones size amazes the doctor. I guess since he's the size of a 12m old he tries to talk like one. What's even creepier is he now talks in his sleep. He did the other night and was saying all sorts of things. I thought I was crazy but he did last night too so I recorded him but all I got was mommy. He astonishes me everyday he rolled over, sat up, etc super early. He even scooted forward his first tummy time. He's really smart and catches on super fast, it's draining though because he gets bored super easy. I read to him at least 5 books a day since he was born and we talk to him all day so I'm sure that's why he's so verbal. @coralinesmommy12517
