What would y'all make with 1lb of hamburger meat? (Hamburgers & spaghetti isnt a option) Also to feed aprx 4 people.

I would make vegetable beef soup. A can of corn, can of green beans, can of tomatoes, beef broth, carrots, potatoes...

Shepherds pie :) Hamburger meat mixed with Cream of chicken, then layered with peas, green beans, corn, mash potatoes and shredded cheese on top and in between layers. yum

@rileysmomma16, when I have to feed a lot of people and I'm on a budget I always make that I do that make a salsa and add some sour cream and it's bomb !!! Good luck

A cheap poor man's favorite in my house is something we call patties and rice. It's simple. Make small patties with the hamburger meat. Season with salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder, and whatever you want really. Cook white rice. When patties are done, remove and make gravy. For the gravy I add about two cups of hot water, two beef bouillon cubes, more of the same seasonings I used for the patties, and 1-2 table spoons of flour depending on how thick u want your gravy. Add the patties to the gravy and serve over rice.

Or tater tot casserole. Ground beef, cream of mushroom soup, mixed veggies, shredded cheese and topped with tater tots and bake at 350 for about 45 min or until tater tots are done. Kids love it

Perfect! Grilled cheese would be awesome with it. It's super easy & if u do it over the stove it's super quick. I always cook the meat & then crock pot it. Lol
