It never ceases to amaze me what a body can accomplish in 21 days.
My body responds to literally everything with BLOAT 🙄 so my midsection is always the best indication of change for me.
I don't own a scale,
🤷🏻♀️so I have no idea what the difference in weight is between these 2 pictures, but I'm happy!
I'll totally admit...🙋🏻I was not perfect-
I had one incident with an entire bottle of wine 😧
and it's also Girl Scout cookie season...so...that was an issue.
However,
For 21 days I worked out for 30 minutes a day.
For 21 days I was mindful of what I was fueling my body with.
For 21 days I felt more in control of my choices.
For 21 days I made this lifestyle and PLANNED to make myself a priority.
So many people think that a 21 day program qualifies as a "quick fix" but I see it as a "quick start"
A way to refocus,
to plan,
to take control,
to center your mind,
and to see what you can really accomplish focusing for small amounts of time.
