What should I give my 2yr old to break a fever? I read ibuprofen but I have Tylenol. Will that do it?

Tylenol and put a cold wet rag on her head. It'll bring down the fever.

Yes. The thing with ibuprofen is you also want motrin so you can switch off both of them thats what they recommend in the ER. Tylenol will be fine.

Alternate Tylenol and the ibuprofen every 3 hours. Broke my daughter's fever overnight
