I am trying to get back to exercising after 2.5 month post pregnancy. Any suggestions on how to incorporate exercising along with a 2.5 month old baby, working full time, and taking online classes. Need to lose 50-60 lbs.

Yes I can't wait for the weather to break so the baby and I can walk after work. I wanted to walk while pregnant but I had servers nausea and vomiting that I was bedrest most of the time. Thankfully I didn't gain to much

I heard walking is the best exercise anyone can possibly do. Now that i work for the post office i work 6 days a week which means i walk 6 days a week and i have changed up my eatting habits. I am also pregnant so hopefully i won't gain too much

@nikki023, try taking some b12 pills too to boost energy and metabolism!

I do squats while holding my son and I also take him mall walking as often as I can! Once it gets nice outside we're going to take him hiking in the baby back pack!
