Guys I gave birth early !! At 34 weeks !! And I'm trying my beast to produce milk but I'm not getting to lucky after the 3rd day seems like I'm dry !! What do I do to get that milk flowing I've been hand expressing and pumping as much as I can or remember too ! What do I do ?

@princessqueen, so sorry about that. I hope your baby gets better soon. can you watch the baby while you pump? just a thought

@concrete, my baby is in the nicu until her sugars are controlled I had diabetes with her

are you able to hold your baby? skin contact and baby suckling is your best solution. @princessqueen

Oatmeal, waters, lots of it, and drinking Mika also helps.

Yeah they will let me watch her while I pump or breastfeed I'm gonna eat breakfast and go see her soon
