any foods or snacks to help with milk supply I finally got my pump but adapter isn't working so have to wait couple days to reach them and feel/ notice my milk isnt how it was aweek ago
Gatorade or Powerade in addition to lots of water, like @beebaby, said. Also, healthy fats (avocado, olive oil, flax seed/flax oil, pastured butter like Kerrygold brand). Also sweet potatoes are supposed to be good and having a beer a day.
