I just love these guys

Today was such a great day! I have been dieting and got on the scale and I've lost 6lb since Jan 20th, I totally crushed an important work meeting and won a new account, my husband was really helpful today and took baby to swimming and I cooked a delicious and healthy dinner.

This is not a popular topic, because some people don't want to hear it, or "know what's best", but rear-facing is 5 times--that's 500%--safer! I see photos of babies front facing, wearing winter coats or with their straps too low or twisted all the time. I don't say anything because I don't want to meddle, but this story just broke my heart:

Gotta love MEN! I was so surprised to find this when I woke up... a lovely bouquet of flowers in a vase only a man would choose! It was really sweet and thoughtful--I really wasn't expecting anything, but I literally LOL'd at the "vase". 😂

Does it bother anyone else when you see people who have profiles here and they only use them to try and hawk It Works, Young Living or some other Multi Level Marketing stuff? It doesn't bother me if people are members and they are also a rep, but it feels really wrong that there are ladies here for the sole purpose of trying to sell stuff.

I've been practicing ecological breastfeeding. For the last 7 months my son has been EBF he has never used a pacifier, he hasn't had any liquids except breastmilk, he hasn't had solids except a few tastes of vegetables after he turned 6mo, and he has slept with us in our bed... until 3 nights ago. Despite sleeping in his crib he still wakes every 3-4 hours to nurse, though. Most North American women who practice ecological breastfeeding get their period back between 14-15 months postpartum, yet ...

Had such a nice day! The weather is beautiful so I took dog and baby for a walk this morning. Then I had a friend over this afternoon for brunch/lunch and a Bloody Mary 😋She left and I laid down with baby boy and napped for an hour.

I've never had big boobs before breastfeeding: I usually shower before bed, but I was too tired last night so I just went to bed... and woke up with BO in my cleavage. Boy, motherhood is glamorous!!!! 😝😖😵
