I just made sure baby stuff was ready for when I came home. I would make some dinners and freeze them, clean the house, laundry finished. And eat before you go to the hospital. I had to be at the hospital at 7am at the latest. My husband took me out to eat at 5:30am and we got to the hospital at 6:30 I was in a room dressed in a gown waiting by 6:45. My doctor never came in nor my nurse until around 7:20 so I just watched TV and hung out with my husband in our room.

there is stuff you can do to make your life easier after you have the baby. like creating a nursing basket and making freezer meals, making sure you have one handed snacks in the house. but when it comes to being induced your doctor should have told you what you need to do to get ready for it, which isn't much
