So my son is 6 months old...I attempted breast feeding till 6 weeks and I have him the last bit of breast milk and he never spits up breast milk but does the formula...so am I able to start pumping again? To make more milk for him?
When can I start giving my son regular milk? He turns 10 months in 2 days. I bought unsweetened almond milk yesterday so he can try. Would that be okay? I’m lowkey tired of him on formula but I mean he’s still a baby lol.
I've been supplementing some with formula because my baby boy just demands more than what I'm putting out and he seems happier with the formula..my breast milk doesn't seem to satisfy him enough and it seems like he's always hungry unless I give him formula..should I switch to formula only? I thought breast milk was supposed to be best but in his case I'm not so sure ugh idk what to do I just want him to be happy
I want so desperately to exclusively feed my baby breast milk, but I think I may have to supplement some because the cramps are so bad I am crying while feeding him and I feel so miserable. I cried so much earlier because I had to take him off the breast because I was in too much pain. No one ever told me about these cramps, so first time moms who plan to breastfeed, be prepared! 😭
So I took my meds at like 9pm last night I woke up at 2:45am with my breast killing me... begging that I took meds should I keep the milk I pumped??
Producing breast milk is so hard...i tried the mothers tea, i drink a lot of water and milk...I do have milk but barely make it to half bottle what else can i do???

When you squeeze your boob does milk come out? When was the last time you pumped? If you still have some milk than you definitely can! It will take some work though, to pump a desirable amount of milk. But breast milk is supply and demand. The higher the demand for milk the more you will make.

I did the same thing I attempted it then gave up, my son is 4 months old and because I noticed I still had some milk when I would squeeze my nipple I started pumping then power pumping and working with him on latching again. It's a lot of work but my supply is slowly and surely coming back :) he won't latch onto me as much because he's so use to the bottle so I plan on pumping until he can get use to it again. Just keep working at it mama.
