Producing breast milk is so hard...i tried the mothers tea, i drink a lot of water and milk...I do have milk but barely…

Make sure you eat a lot and try and pump as often as you can 😊

It might be because it's high calorie I had a Big Mac and French fries and I was filled and leaking all night

I know this will sound silly, but oatmeal helped but also McDonald's French fries helped me too. You can give it a shot.

@monaesimmons, my cousin told me the same thing so im thinking of trying it cause she said it helped her...i haven't drink in a long as time

@k2678, i have to pump cause my baby is currently hospitalised for the reason he was born premature and is barely learning to eat breathe and swallow on his own so I cant have him latch on yet...but I do pump every 3 hours

@nat2213, Do you drink beer? if so try Angry Orchards it helped w/my sisters milk supply tremendously ☺️

I've never tried myself but I've heard "Brewers yeast"helps too

@nat2213, just wanted to know how long have you been breastfeeding now? How old is your LO? if you are producing milk and your little one is nursing and latching, your milk supply will increase. It's a supply and demand kind of thing. Your milk produces as much as your baby eats. So don't be discourage l would just try to nurse more rather than pump. Not sure if this may help, you might know that already. Hope all goes well.
