Attempted to talk to the urgent care doctor about postpartum anxiety and he basically just told me to look to god and get over it. 1) fuck you 2) I'm not religious and don't believe in God 3) get me the help I need and don't tell me to just get over it. If I could, we wouldn't be having this conversation!

@ssdj4, male. Sadly, my original OB, that retired and I loved, would've taken it seriously. This OB is just awful all around. He's my assigned doctor but he was available twice my entire pregnancy.

@ssdj4, my OB dismissed it as well. I was able to get the direct number to psychiatry. I'm going to call directly and make an appointment

give them a bad review everywhere first of all. I'm sorry he dismissed it. can you go to your ob?

hmm. I hope you can find someone who will take you seriously. I hate that especially men will just blow it off.
