At what age did you start giving your LOs food? Either baby food or cereal. I am insistent on only giving her breast milk till she is 6 months because I am producing enough and she is gaining proper weight.
But my parents won't get off my case about her "trying" foods.
Hello I am knew here. Im looking to make some new friends on here. My sister told me about her experience and meeting a new friend whom she feels like she has known forever. I am married and I work from home. I am also a college student. I have two boys and they are the best.
Will your Mom be in the delivery room? My mom made it sound like she was gonna be in the delivery room when I give birth, and quite frankly, I would just like it to be me and my fiancé. It's our first, and I want to share that special moment with just him. I don't want to hurt her feelings, and I know this is something she would really like to be a part of. So I feel bad telling her no.
FTM problems... So I've made it pretty clear that I want to buy my daughter her fist Halloween costume. Her babysitter/nanny keeps saying she wanted to make her one. I told her yesterday that I wanted to find her something that my SO and I could dress up as a family. So I told her I am going to get it. She just text me and said 'not trying to step on your toes but I bought her two costumes'. She does this all the time. Anytime I want to do the "first" things with her she immediately does it. It's making me sad. Like I wish I could quit my job and be home with her.
is it wrong to be frustrated that my daughter acts like she can't do certain things with out my help. she plays dumb a lot and I wish I could be like no girl show what you know. she acts like she can't trace or match shapes so shes ask for "mommy finger" to help her so I barely hold her hand and she magically can do it but if I dont hold her hand she just scribbles and acts like she doesnt know the pic is how she traces when I'm "helping her" otherwise it'll just be scribbles all over the page
My sweet baby girl gained her angel wings this morning. She was my best friend, my true love my everything. She was so happy and beautiful, I'm struggling to say good bye. Sleep tight princess, mummy and daddy love you very very much ❤

Like I said in the other post I started at 3 months with my daughter. I was like you with my son I didn't give him anything until 6 months. However I've noticed with him he's a very picky eater and I have a hard time getting him to try new foods. My daughter will eat anything I give her and I'm convinced it's the fact that I started her young. But I only have her homemade food like caldo de pollo, beans, rice. And very very little amounts until she was 4 months old. Then I started baby led weaning.

i given Eden a little bit of cereal in her bottle with a size 2 nipple at night to help her sleep. because it does help her bc she is just one of those babies who is always hungry.

It all depends on you and what you think is right! LO's doctor gave us the okay for it but said there was no rush

My son just turned 4 months but he's 20 lbs so hes starting baby cereal today :)

My son got the ok at 4 months. Dr was trying to push me to add cereal since he has reflux. I waited until almost 6 months
