So my LO has been picking up his head since a week old when we started doing tummy time. Hes almost 2 weeks and yesterday my sister had him laying on her and she freaked out when he kept raising his head. She literally screamed "omg hes picking his head up". Now im just lookin at her like huh lol. Is it normal for an almost 2 week old to lift their head perfectly while on tummy time?
Super pissed yall cuz ever since he was 2 months old I’ve asked the doctor how we can fix his flat head and up until the age of 8 months our answer was ‘tummy time’ which we did. But here he is almost 9 months and I took him to a different pediatrician and she tells me a helmet won’t fix his head and he will most likely he will need surgery. I’m upset, frustrated, scared, and sad. I don’t understand why nobody did anything for him when I asked a million times and now it’s too late
How do you help someone whose been the victim of domestic violence? My best friends husband was abusive. He beat the crap out of her multiple times until the very last time when he almost killed her and I called the cops in her town because she wasn’t going to. She left him, but he keeps trying to weezle his way back in. This morning he arrived with a police escort to get the rest of his stuff from the apartment. There is a TPO in place. That asshole tried to kiss her when the cops weren’t looking and she didn’t say anything. Like you haven’t already done enough to her already?!?!? You’ve broken her. How can I help her to move past him and heal herself? Can I help her to move past him? Are there support groups for women who’ve left a DV situation?
Dad's FB Video!! Did anyone see that video a dad posted on his daughters FB page? He saw a post she made where she bashed her parents and cursed them, called them lazy and told them they should pay her for stuff she did around the house... So he called her out on it and put the video on her page!! Sorry if I missed a post already about this already, but I just saw the video and IT WAS AWESOME!!! Hahahhaa!
I love how I repeatedly told my father in law not to let my daughter root through the toy box because she doesn’t want anything out of it anyway and he keeps picking her up and taking her to the toy box no matter how many times I tell her no and tell him she doesn’t even want anything out of there anyway. At first I told him “only let her get one toy” so she picks one up and he is still holding her over the toy box then tries to put her over the baby gate so she can grab more. I’m sorry but you aren’t the one that has to pick up all these toys. You aren’t the one who has to put them back. He never picks up toys. Everyone wants to get the toys out for her out no one ever wants to help me pick them back up. The fact that I said not to let her get anything out of the box more than 5 times really pisses me off. You may be her grandparent but you aren’t her parent. So now I have mass toys to pic up on top of the toys she already had out from this morning

My son was doing it right after he was born. He's such a strong little guy now he's almost 12 weeks and has really good control already. Everyone is so shocked lol

Normal. My daughter has been doing it since she was born too, it's crazy. Now she's a month old and has so much control of it

these babies are so advanced nowadays. my son is already trying to sit up at 2 months its crazy. they are so alert & so smart!
