so what i feared would happen has now happened... my son who is 4 has got jealous now ive had another baby... he came in to me tonight to tell me he hasnt got a mummy... aftwr speaking with him its come to light he thinks i cant be both their mummys and he cant always cuddle and kiss me all day cuz i have to feed the baby etc... absolute broke my heart to hear this... any tips on how to stop hik feeling this way...?? has it happened to any of u ladies?? it dont help were its just been me and him 24/7 his whole life...

@winterbaby95, @sara-lou i have been including him but ill make more of a fuss and extra effort with him... he will get used to it soon i hope... ive herd of this happeneing to alot of kids that are used to being only children but were he was so excited just never thought he would be like this so its a sad shock... xxx

Try to get him involved hun :) changing...bathing...feeding etc :) And make some time to do things with just you two :) like painting.....drawing...art and crafts (while little bubba is asleep) xxx
It is harder when their a bit older as like you say they've been used to it being just them. All you can do is continue to show him he's very much loved & that even though your feeding baby, in between your interacting & playing with him. Or even when you feeding baby talk to him so he knows your still available to talk. There are children's books which cover the topic as well which we've used at nursery to help. It will come with time, he'll adjust & realise Mummy has plenty of love to share for everyone.
