@dawnnken, I could use one! I'm so tired of this guy and him beating me down and down. I'm taking his ass back to court. I know they won't do much but just enforce that he needs to communicate with me when my child is there and it will be on record that he is violating and if he keeps doing it afterward hopefully there will be some consequence.

@dawnnken, it's bullshit an unacceptable! It takes two seconds to send me a text message before the end of the night! I always make sure I do! If it was the other way around and I just completely ignored him he would go off on me! And he hates when his ex wife does it to him with his daughters but then he does it to me with my son?! There's been times where he has literally texted me all day while my son has been there so that shows how much he really pays attention to him and interacts with him with the little time he gets with him. I would be going crazy too... the other day my baby was staying over with his grandma (his dads mom) and she wasnt answering for like 2 hrs and I started freaking out and it turns out they were both napping which is why I asked you that... hopefully everything is okay... its probably him being a dick and doing it on purpose (because if he has done it before, ppl can be petty) or and hopefully this is what it is... they are just sleeping

Or he waits like a couple minutes to midnight or couple minutes after. This time nothin. I may not respond promptly either by dude texts me at 5am when we both still sleeping! But I usually respond before 10:30pm. It's rude and disrespectful that he just blows it off like I don't what to know how my child is. He really doesn't care how he is but I do!
