we brought our daughter home today, she is such a good baby but she doesn't cry when she's hungry. I wake her usually every 2-3 hrs and she eats good, she just hasn't cried even when I wait for her too. will she cry tonight if I go to bed or do I set alarms to wake her up for feedings? please let me know if you experienced this and what you did.
My sweet baby girl gained her angel wings this morning. She was my best friend, my true love my everything. She was so happy and beautiful, I'm struggling to say good bye. Sleep tight princess, mummy and daddy love you very very much ❤
is it wrong to be frustrated that my daughter acts like she can't do certain things with out my help. she plays dumb a lot and I wish I could be like no girl show what you know. she acts like she can't trace or match shapes so shes ask for "mommy finger" to help her so I barely hold her hand and she magically can do it but if I dont hold her hand she just scribbles and acts like she doesnt know the pic is how she traces when I'm "helping her" otherwise it'll just be scribbles all over the page
Her helmet she got so she can be safe (as she told me) when she rides her bike and scooter lol
Dd was hysterical when he left And it broke my heart. Her dad dropped her off tonight from his weekend and she wouldn't let go of him. He made no effort to help and I had no idea she was that strong. I had to peel her off him as she tried her best to hold on and she cried and screamed. He left and she just kept crying for him. Changed her diaper (he dropped her with it leaked through her pants) she was still crying for him. Tears streaming screaming DaDa over and over. I was crying too. I hate seeing her that upset. 5 - 10 min after he left when I was cuddling her and comforting her she finally stopped crying. It was probably 30 - 40 min after he dropped her off that she was finally normal and not clingy.

I would wake her up for feedings. I was the same when I was a baby and my mom always had to force me awake or I wouldn't have eaten anything. a full night of rest would be nice but baby is still a little young to sleep that long without any food

my mom told me it happens a lot, I guess around the time she was having kids there was a high death rate for newborns because people would let them sleep and not check on them because they didn't cry. so when I did it she watched me like crazy lol at least you'll know she's safe!

My baby ate every 4 hours when she was born. I was freaked out but nurse said she'll let me know so we waited after a bit she wanted it more often.

I think once we are told this is the norm and how it should be, we worry when they are a little different. I'm glad we have this app so we can ask others experience. @leahsmommi
