I recently became a single mom when my boyfriend of 5 years & baby's dad up and left us. So I know how overwhelming it is to do everything yourself. I have a mental breakdown daily. I know you said you've attempted to talk about the situation but maybe try going about it a different way? Men seem to get so defensive and shut out when they feel you're being "accusatory" (and I'm NOT saying you don't have every right to be, because you do!) but come at him with "I" statements like "I feel like a single mom when you're supposed to be my partner" or "you're making me feel like we aren't a team and that upsets me because..." something like that? Idk maybe you've already tried these things but I hope he steps up soon. It's so hard taking care of a baby by yourself and when you're supposed to have a partner to help you that's gotta be frustrating. If it's been a while since the two have you have done something like a date night maybe see if grandparents or a sitter can watch your little and have a night to yourselves, you may need it more than you think!
