My one year old has not pooped in 2 days! He eats table food and drinks milk most of the day. His tummy isn't hard. Should I wait it out? He has an appointment Monday. I'm hoping he poops tomorrow. I just find it very odd he usually has 3 soiled diapers a day. Apple juice and gripe water ate doing nothing. He's eaten Graham cracker, yogurt, pizza, Cheetos, pbj, bread sticks, applesauce, and soup. All that and no poop is scaring me. He doesn't seem in pain or discomfort at all.

@mattsmommy87, you think so? he usually has no problem with cheese or yogurt. he has a lactose allergy but can tolerate yogurts and cheeses if anything those two should make his poop a bit softer than normal when eaten.

sometimes cheese will bind them up try grape juice or Apple juice grape usually works best

he's constipated due to the cheese and yogurt it's alot of fiber

@mattsmommy87, I will try the grape juice because he's had apple and nothing has happened. Does it matter if its red or white grape juice?

not grape water straight grape juice it doesn't matter which one I use red grape juice though

@guaderrama_babies2, his little body is changing 😊😊 I have lactose issues myself and btw clear liquids are better for him at this point until he goes. try splitting up or hours in between the cheese and yogurt and let him have lots of fluids

@guaderrama_babies2, none of the foods u listed have fiber baby needs something green. A low fiber diet will constipate anyone.

give him a glicerin supository thats helps a lot to evacuate in one hour dont wait more days because NY daughter when se was very constipated I have to take her to the radiology and they said she have the intestins full of shit and if she dosn't poop then she will trow the shit from her mouth
