my seven month old will not sleep through the night what so ever I have no idea what to do he wakes up about every 30 minutes unless He is sleeping with me, I'm pregnant and I really want to figure out how to help him sleep by himself and through the night before the new baby comes because I'm literally only getting about 3-4 hours of sleep each night is there any tips you can give me I'll try anything!

try taking a shirt that you've worn through the day and putting it in the crib with him. that way he smells you.

sometime that works. it worked with my daughter for about 2 weeks lol. you're baby senses that your pregnant and is wanting mommy only. my daughter is like this, I'm 6 mos pregnant she is 14 mos. plus, your lo could be going through a growth spurt. which happens quite often
