As much as it pains me to say it my ex is finally going.

After having an emergency appointment yesterday at the citizen advice I was told that my ex is in the wrong. He is only the guarantor therefore he has no right in saying who has to leave. I was told to stay put and if he was to take me to court I would not get evicted. The house is mine, my ex is no longer a guarantor it is now my mum.

I've also been told I can give my ex 28 days to leave otherwise citizens advice can take him to court.

On the plus side - Madison slept from 9pm to 7am, only waking once at 3am for a feed! 🐷💖
