@ssdj4, Since he is circumcised you can put a cream on it. If you think it's yeast try this mixture. Mix athletes foot cream, desitin, a&d ointment, and liquid mayloxx (original flavor). Mix all the tube ingredients together then add the liquid mayloxx slowly to get a smooth texture. Apply it liberally at every diaper change. Make sure not to get it in the urethra just on the shaft. That should help. Keep working on the insurance trust me I understand it's a long process.
