I had to stop breastfeeding because my depression has gotten dangerously bad to the point of thoughts of suicide... I'm extremely bummbed😕😞 I'm debating if I should just stop the meds so I can continue.. A lot of people harp on moms for using formula plus I don't really like it either..😕

Definitely continue your treatment, because breastfeeding does not cure depression. Anyone harping on you for feeding your baby is an ass, PERIOD. @amaresmama is right--they're are organizations who provide donor milk if you are set on baby having breastmilk.

I say do what's best for you and your child. there's nothing wrong with formula...fed is best. and there's organizations that will gve you breast milk for free too
