You probably have a blocked duct. Keep pumping, and apply to a warm compress. You might be able to feel a lump that hurts to the touch, I know it sucks but you're gonna have to press that firmly while you're pumping to release the milk that stuck in there. After about 3 times pumping it should go away, hopefully. But you could apply a warm compress like every 30 mins or so to alleviate the pain.
