I heard there meant to be more unpredictable do they could be either early or late. X

@georgina-ox, yes that’s it I had it really badly with my 2nd didn’t start feeling it till I went to bed but I was in hospital for 2days once he was born as it was a Friday evening he came so Saturday and sundays drs ain’t available to discharge us in the hospital I went too... so I was quit lucky because I was in so much pain and I know my 3rd is going to be really bad because it’s my 3rd 🤦🏽‍♀️

@leanne2016, after pains feel like contractions. It’s your uterus shrinking back. Usually happens the next day. I didn’t get them with my first two. But third was worse than labour xx

@erincharliebubba, I think my first was like 3 half days but as I was really young they didn’t want me having a c section and I have a while yet to go girl 🤦🏽‍♀️ all the best to u your practically due 😍

@leanne2016, I was also standing up for early labour I was walking around went maccy ds then came back only squatted while in established labour that lasted two hours from being 3cm-birth. Defo think gravity helps ! Wish you al the best! My first was 37 hours 4hours pushing xx

@georgina-ox, what is after birth pain??? I had really bad pain when peeing as I had a small graze 🤦🏽‍♀️ but actually mind u I do remember being in some kind of bad pin apart from the peeing part I remember crying for more pain relief at night what could it be why is it so painful?? Is if something to do with the uterus

But after pains where really bad. Didn’t flinch during labour but those killed x

@georgina-ox, yes that was exactly like my 2nd I was on my knees till he was crowning 🤦🏽‍♀️ but was scared to push him out that way.. even though I know he would of came out aloe quicker lol

Mine was the easiest 4hrs start to finish And wasn’t even that painful. I was standing up till he started to crown then got on the bed x

@vixster, oh wow so I guess the all four and squatting position will benefit... I was on my knees lent over head rest in bed in hospital till he was ready to come it did feel good but was scared so moved

Yo on my back position

@leanne2016, my 1st I was lieing on the bed and it was fucking awful so I immediately knew when I got pregnant with my second that the easiest way in my head would be squatting so with my son I squatted on the floor with my elbows on a hospital bench , between every contraction I ran to the loo , then when I felt it coming back I went back to the squatting position with gas and air , the last time I went loo I started to bleed so ran back squatting gas and air and knew the head was there and pushed him out the midwife was behind me and grabbed baby and my OH was on the bench in front of me I can honestly say it was the smoothest labour I think the gravity and going loo inbetween helped a lot , then five mins after the midwife sat me on a potty thing and I delivered the placenta with no problems she gave the cord a tiny pull and my uterus went back to normal within the hour xx

Coming early I’ve not really had pressure etc down there I’ve had a few bh that’s it xx

@7littlegems, u still have a chance hun 3rd babies up don’t engage till labour as there is a lot more space for baby to move out of the head down position if I remember correctly I was told by my midwife when I had my second baby won’t engage till labour

@erincharliebubba, ok so u used the squatting position to have her out??? How do they catch baby in that position from back or front 🤦🏽‍♀️ and did I think it was a lot less painful and manageable

@erincharliebubba, yeah I think that’s what u call it... my aunts had her last at 38 she said was easier than all her other 3 children she had in her 20s 🤦🏽‍♀️ u never know...

Tips I learnt from my 1st, she was back to back and eff me it killed I was lieing in the bed 37weeks 3 days! So with my second I was squatting on a mat in the birth room I was in n out in 3 hours! 38.6 days. This one il have the gas n air please lol and defo squatting again !! Xxx

Maybe I’ll start watching some but every time I go for scans and I’ve had a good couple so far she’s always in the back to back position and I feel like she’s found her comfort spot 🤦🏽‍♀️ I knew someone that had back to back labour and she said it was the worst pain obviously labour hurts but I only really felt contractions with my labours nothing else 🤦🏽‍♀️ is there meant to be more pain than contraction

@leanne2016, the only thing I can think of is my 5th I was 39 weeks my 6th I was 37w. 5 days when they started me maybe thinking my cervix’s wasn’t ready etc this time I’m going in at 39 weeks so I will let u know how I get on x

U see I’ve never gone in to natural birth so I’ve been induced with both a week after my due date 🤦🏽‍♀️ and I really don’t want to be induced again but they already said they’re giving me a week over my due date

@leanne2016, Yh I was induced with number 5 3 hours later had baby so I thought getting induced with number 6 would be a walk in the park how wrong was I! 4 days of pessarys it took I’m absolutely shitting my self as I’m being induced with this one and don’t know what to expect xx

@leanne2016 the 3rd was absolutely the worse. Not because the contractions were worse but because it took 3 days to dilate fully because of his hands.

Both my second and third are wild. 1st and 4th (so far) are angels.

My first 3 were all late.

Never had a placenta problem though.

Each child and pregnancy is different, theres no garuntee that the 3rd will be better or worse in any way. Xx

@erincharliebubba, my 5th was much easier my 6th took days to get me started but labour was kick will soon find out with this one 2 weeks x

@erincharliebubba, u know what my 2nd was a pain through pregnancy from 25 weeks obviously I’m only 18 weeks plus now but my 2nd was amazing in labour but pregnancy was awful so might go opposite for u I think I’m more worried as I’m having a girl so it’s the unknown

@leanne2016 I don't think its fair to use the 3rd for comparison. He had both hands above his head so it didnt go very smoothly.

I drank raspberry leaf tea from 32 weeks 3/4x a day. Went in to be induced at 38wks, baby girl came at 38+1. My contractions didn't go past 30 on the toco until the last 2 when I was pushing. It was the quickest and least painful of them all. I had braxton hicks stronger than the real thing. Xx

@leanne2016, I havnt ever drank it but know u shouldn’t drink it till 28 weeks my 3rd labour was fast 3 hours 30 mins it was the after pains which was the killer worse then the labour, and the after pains get worse after each birth x

Because your uterus isn't a toned as it used to be. Start drinking raspberry leaf tea in the 3rd trimester to help tone it up. X
