Keep everything he texts as proof as well. If he's a drunk I bet he can get aggressive (knowing from past experience). Everything you can use against him is gold.

Most judges favor the Mama, and with a history on his record you should be good. May I ask a question? Did you know about the molestation charge when you met him?

And 2nd where I'm from (not sure id the rules are the same where you are) the court will do a background check. if they see that you are not abusive towards the baby, doing drugs, if you are working and your daughter is in a stable home, they cant get full custody of her but they can file for visitation.

1st of all I think your mother is wrong... She should be supporting you at a time like this.
