I'm so confused 😕 I had an appointment today and I'm now 3cm and 80% effaced, I was 2cm and 70% effaced like 3 weeks ago... yesterday I lost my mucus plug, had my rrlt, went for a walk and by the time I got home was having contractions about every 10 minutes with back pain for a good hour and then they stopped? Isn't 4 cm considered active labor or can you be 4 cm and not be in labor? My due date is next Friday but I'm so confused what's going on with my body 😖 anyone think labor is near for me? I'm starting to think it's not and I'm going to go over.
