I bought a waist trainer and I barely put it on this morning and I noticed I started cramping after with back pain. I'm in the restroom and I noticed I'm bleeding. Can it be that my period started? Or could the waist trainer have made me start bleeding? Kinda freaking out here 😐

That happened to me. Every time I would wear my bands I would bleed or get cramps because it's pushing everything back together inside. Lol my back would be sore too once I would take it off. So no you're not going crazy it could be for that reason too

Oh god I HATED that. Now that was the worst pain I ever felt. Did you have your 6 week pp appointment yet?
I just remembered when the nurses would press on my belly after birth and blood would come out so I thought the tightness from it did the same thing for some reason lmao 😅 @mrsmoore @andrewsmommy
After a week or 2 of wearing it the majority of the time it stopped.
