Has anyone on here been using a waist trainer? Does it work or have some type of result? I just started using one and I’m stuck to see if I want to continue using it or not...🤷🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️

This is like my 3rd day wearing it. I like the feeling How snug it is around my core so I mean I could feel the difference like when I wear it but since I’m only like on my third day I can’t like really likes to see a difference but then when I wear it I don’t know I just really like the feeling of it

Following. I got a waste trainer from amazon after having my son and I seen some slight improvement but then I kept forgetting to wear it and now I’m pregnant again. Lol
But I want to find a more comfortable one. The one I have is like a latex material almost and I live where it gets 110+ degrees so that doesn’t go hand in hand very well. Lol

@estelaluv, with mine I’ve seen an improvement a little I don’t wear it everyday because I forget but when I do I would wear it all day
Mine worked when I actually wore it everyday lol but I haven't worn it in a while. I forget to lol

Am I wrong to be upset? Last night I was running a fever, weak, tired, sore, my left boob feels like it got used as a punching bag. I asked my husband to call out of work today to help me with the kid so I could get some rest. He went to work. I texted him this morning. Part of me thinks I mean. The other part of me thinks I was fine for saying that because he should've stayed home with us.
I don't think she gets it.
I swear sometimes I just need to renew my policy to not look at the comments in Facebook. I never used to. I don't know why I started. But the ignorance is real.
