8 days after my csection and i feel AMAZING about my body especially cause i was 200 pounds this last month of pregnancy. Yes my uterus hasnt shrunk yet but thats normal till about week 4 of recovery. i got this ill be back at 130 before i know it im dedicated. 💪😄😊
