How long after giving birth did you wait to start being physical and exercising again? I gained so much weight during this pregnancy, I want this flab gone!

@fallon_fairytale you know your body, so if your hurting just wait a bit more. I think at 3 weeks I wanted to workout too, but knew I couldn't so I did what my body could handle. which was a few squats and lunges with baby in arms and a few pelvic thrusts. really wasn't much but it was soemthing to me.😊😉

thanks! I walk a fair amount, I was hoping I could start other stuff sooner. I still hurt some, and I know I need to heal but I'm impatient! I miss having muscle. lol

I waited until I got the OK from my doctor. but I did walk and do stuff around the house until then.

you should wait for your 6 week pp check up when your doctor clears you. Until then you could do some walking? every one is diffrent though, so if it doesn't feel right or hurts, don't over do it and take it easy.
