Rub that cream on your nips in the purple tube. and don't wear a shirt at night to bed. Mine don't hurt at all and I don't put anything on them anymore but first they hurt so bad. Also worn water makes raw nipples feel a lot better

The pump is more harsh is why. But when your boobs get use to the pump it won't hurt at all. Took me 4 weeks for the pump to not hurt my nipples.
